Meet Our Staff
Pastor Jeul and Paulette Strickland
Lead Pastors
Jeul Strickland is the Lead Pastor at Crossroads Church in Callahan Fl. He was born in North Carolina and met his wife Paulette in a youth choir in Tampa, FL where he was raised. He and Paulette have two wonderful daughters, both grown. He is a family man and loves when they are all together. He has one granddaughter who is a delight.
Jeul has a Masters degree from Southeastern University and 40 years experience as a Pastor. He has served on the Peninsular Florida Assembly of God Section One committee for 28 years and currently is the Presbyter in the same area. He has travelled to more than 20 countries preaching and building churches through the Assemblies of God World Missions department.
Jeul has several sporting interest that include NASCAR, NFL football and Collage football. He enjoys riding his Harley and loves his Boxer named after Chase Elliott.
Pastor Charlie and Amanda Joyce
Youth Pastors
Charlie Joyce is the Youth Pastor at Crossroads Church. He was born in the great state of Mississippi in 1984 and moved to Florida in 2004. He has a degree in Pastoral Ministry and Leadership from the Brownsville School of Ministry and Global University. He has served in full time pastoral ministry since he was 20 years old. He met his wife, Amanda, in 2012 while speaking at a local school where she was a teacher. They Married in 2014 and live happily with their very spoiled puppy child Mozart. When he is not at the church, Charlie loves spending time with his family and friends.
